These Terms and Conditions apply to training packages purchased through ALKO Performance (alkoperformance.com) and services delivered at G Fitness Paphos, Charilaou Trikoupi 3, 8020 Paphos, Cyprus.
Purchased sessions must be used within any validity period stated at purchase. Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by ALKO Performance.
Online payments are processed securely by PayPal. Package activation occurs only after payment is verified by our systems.
Refund requests are handled case-by-case in accordance with applicable consumer law. Contact ALKO Performance to discuss any refund enquiry.
Clients must disclose relevant medical information and training history. ALKO Performance reserves the right to modify training where necessary for safety.
