ALKO Performance ("we") processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you purchase a package we collect: name, email, phone, city, optional date of birth and notes. Payment card details are processed by PayPal and are not stored by ALKO Performance.
To manage your training package, communicate about your booking, maintain payment records, and improve our services.
Contract performance, legitimate interests in operating our coaching business, and consent where required (e.g. marketing).
Client and payment records are retained as required for business and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
